    SPORTS CENTRES LARGE FAMILY AND SINGLE PARENT PASS

    This type of membership card is available to families with at least three children under the age of 18 (at the time the membership card is issued) or up to 25 years of age, if the child is not working and resides in the family home. In case of separation, both parents must be registered in the municipality, even if at different addresses.

    Families with two children, one of whom has a disability, are also considered large families.

RENEWAL OF SPORTS DEPT. (ICE) MEMBERSHIP WITH NO CHANGES (it can be done online, quickly and easily):

HOW TO PAY FOR A SEASON PASS?

Renewal of passes

There are 3 options:

Through the virtual tax office of the Calvià Town Hall: https://tributos.calvia.com/ (it is compulsory to print the payment receipt).

At the municipal tax office of Calvià from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 (Calvià-Palvià road).(ctra. Calvià-Palmanova, núm. 40)

At the concierge’s office of the Palacio Municipal de Deportes Melani Costa (Carretera d’es Capdellà, s/n) from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 requesting an appointment through the web https://calviadeportes.com/en/prior-appointment-public-attention/.

If there are no changes, you can renew directly through this link

With the payment document and the ICE subscriber card, you can go to the usual facility where you must give the payment document to the concierge staff.

For those who have already paid before 13 January 2024, you can present the ICE subscriber card directly.

New passes

They should go to the Palacio Municipal de Deportes Melani Costa in Calvià from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 requesting an appointment through the website https://calviadeportes.com/en/prior-appointment-public-attention/

DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED FOR A NEW REGISTRATION

Remember that if you are registering for the first time as a subscriber to the ICE facilities, you must attend in person by booking an appointment at the following link.

Sports Dept. (ICE) form, duly completed and signed.

Article 28.2. of Law 39/2015, of 1st October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. “The interested parties have the right to not provide documents which are already in the possession of the acting Administration or have been drawn up by any other Administration. The acting administration may consult or obtain said documents unless the interested party objects. No objection may be made when the provision of the document is required within the framework of the exercise of sanctioning or inspection powers. Public administrations must collect the documents electronically via their corporate networks or by consulting the data intermediation platforms or other electronic systems enabled for this purpose”.
