    SPORTS CENTRES LARGE FAMILY AND SINGLE PARENT PASS

    This type of membership card is available to families with at least three children under the age of 18 (at the time the membership card is issued) or up to 25 years of age, if the child is not working and resides in the family home. In case of separation, both parents must be registered in the municipality, even if at different addresses.

    Families with two children, one of whom has a disability, are also considered large families.

HOW TO MAKE THE PAYMENT

Renewal of passes

There are four payment options:

  • At the reception desks of the facilities mentioned above, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
  • For renewals without changes, through this link: http://www.calvia.com/renovacioabonament.
  • Via the Virtual Tax Office of the Calvià Town Hall: https://tributos.calvia.com (you must print the payment receipt).
  • In person at the Calvià Municipal Tax Office, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Ctra. Calvià-Palmanova, No. 40).

DOCUMENTATION FOR NEW MEMBERSHIP

If you are signing up for the first time as an ICE facility member, you must visit one of the facilities mentioned before in person and present the following:

A completed and signed ICE membership application form.

The ICE membership application form will only be valid if submitted through official registration (in-person or electronic) or delivered in person at one of the facilities where ICE memberships are processed.

In accordance with Article 28.2 of Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas: «Interested parties have the right not to provide documents already held by the acting Administration or produced by any other Administration. The acting Administration may consult or request such documents unless the interested party opposes this. Opposition is not permitted when the document is required in the context of sanctionaning or inspection powers. Public Administrations must electronically collect documents though their corporate networks, data intermediation platforms, or other authorized electronic systems.»
