How to make the prior appointment
- Select place ( “Atención al público en piscina de Son Ferrer” )
- Select service (“Atención al público en piscina de Son Ferrer”)
- Select administrator (“Conserjería Atención al público en piscina de Son Ferrer”)
- Select day and time (it will be marked in green if there is availability)
- Complete your details: e-mail, name, surname, telephone number, membership number. *For new subscribers, enter 1 in the Subscriber Nº. box.
- Tick the acceptance boxes.
- Press send and prior appointment will be CONFIRMED automatically.
Your prior appointment will be CONFIRMED automatically. Press send and this message appears:
“Muchas gracias por hacer la reserva de CITA PREVIA, tu reserva está confirmada…”
If you want to CANCEL your prior appointment (and you haven’t received the confirmation email) send us a WhatsApp to 689 08 53 78. Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm.

PRIOR APPOINTMENT FOR PUBLIC SERVICE
It will be MANDATORY to make a PRIOR APPOINTMENT to carry out procedures requiring customer service (new registrations, on-site renewal of subscriptions…).
PROCEDURES: Each PUBLIC ATTENTION eservation has a maximum duration of 30 minutes. Your prior appointment will be CONFIRMED automatically.

It’s compulsory to comply with all the establishes hygiene and protection measures.
