That is why the Ajuntament de Calvià\, through the e m h a s (Municipal School of Healthy Habits)\, and the Insular Sports Department of the Consell de Mallorca\, through the UAFIS (Physical Activity and Health Unit)\, have teamed up to offer you Healthy Stays 2026\, a gathering designed exclusively for your well-being. \nOn October 24 and 25\, 2026\, we invite you to treat yourself to a break at the Valentín Grand Park Suite Hotel\, located in Peguera. It will be a weekend to slow down\, dedicate quality time to yourself\, and learn practical new habits to take back home with you. \nEverything you will enjoy\nDuring these two days\, you decide how to experience it. You will have a complete program at your disposal\, led by outstanding health professionals\, where you can freely choose the activities that resonate most with you. \n\n\nYour moment of well-being: Reconnect with your body and mind through yoga sessions\, discover practical tools in our nutrition workshops\, work your core with hypopressives\, get active with HIIT workouts\, experience the benefits of grounding\, and enjoy many other activities proposed by the Calvià Municipal School of Healthy Habits (EMHAS). \n\n\nKids Zone: If you are coming with your children\, there is no need to worry. While you take time to care for yourself\, the Consell de Mallorca instructors will look after the little ones with games\, group dynamics\, and activities designed for them to have fun in a safe environment. \n\n\nMindful nutrition: Taking care of yourself is also enjoyed at the table. The stay includes full board with a healthy buffet\, fully adapted for vegans and strictly taking into account different food allergens. \n\n\nAt your own pace: This weekend is designed for you to enjoy however you prefer: whether treating yourself to some personal space\, sharing it as a couple\, enjoying it with friends\, or coming as a family to make the most of the Kids Zone. \n\n\nPractical details\n\n\nWho is it for? This experience is designed for people aged 16 and over. However\, if you bring your children\, you can leave them in the Kids Zone\, where they will be entertained while you take care of yourself. \n\n\nHow is it organized? The stay is for one night. Check-in is on Saturday morning\, and check-out is on Sunday after lunch. \n\n\nWhere are we staying?
