On March 9, 10 and 11, the XIX edition of the Isla Mallorca Rally will take place in Puerto Portals. It is an international motorsport competition, of classic cars, that during 3 days, travel in 3 stages, more than 500 km of Mallorcan roads.
The beautiful Puerto Portals is the impressive venue for this rally, the place where fans and lovers of this sport can enjoy visiting the cars and strolling through the port.
The Isla Mallorca Rally is considered one of the highest international level classic car events as it has sections as unique as the descent of the Sa Calobra road.
The Rally has three categories, they are the following:
Competition: are the competition vehicles in accordance with current legislation for circulation built between 01/01/1931 and 12/31/1981
Youngtimers: Touring Vehicles (T) Competition Tourism (CT) Gran Turismo (GT) and Gran Turismo Competition (GTS) of groups A and B models approved between 01/01/1982 and 12/31/ 1994.
Regularity: Vehicles manufactured up to 1985.
The event has logistics of more than 150 professionals and is already a benchmark in safety, organization, timing and the only one that manages to unify competitiveness and the pleasure of driving.
