Nordic Walking is an activity that consists of walking with the impulse of sticks. It is very easy to learn, although at the beginning it needs the personalised attention of a good instructor to learn and assimilate the technique. It shares the concepts of nature, wellbeing, physical activity and health, ensuring good physical and mental results.
The activity is free but with limited places, and is ideal for any age and level. If you don’t have sticks, we’ll lend you some!
We will start the route in front of the Son Ferrer Health Centre at 5pm. The duration is approximately two hours. We will set off along ‘calle Ocell del Paradís’ until we reach the pathway. We will go in the El Toro direction to have a walk around the ‘Parque del Merendero’. On leaving the park, we will go back along the pathway towards Magaluf as far as roundabout number 9. We will take a right from ‘calle Tudó’ for a circular walk through the small forest. We will return to the Health Centre, taking ‘calle Tudó’, ‘calle de Can Ferrer’, ‘calle de Girfalc’ and ‘calle Ocell del Paradís’.
