Nordic Walking is an activity that consists of walking with the impulse of sticks. It is very easy to learn, although at the beginning it needs the personalised attention of a good instructor to learn and assimilate the technique. It shares the concepts of nature, wellbeing, physical activity and health, ensuring good physical and mental results.
The activity is free but with limited places, and is ideal for any age and level. If you don’t have sticks, we’ll lend you some!
We will start the route in front of the Santa Ponça Health Centre at 5pm. It will take approximately two hours. We will set off along ‘calle Ramon de Moncada’. At the level of ‘calle Huguet des Far’ we will head towards the coast. We will walk along the pavement until we reach the beach. We will take the path through the pine grove and along the ‘Avenida del Rei en Jaume I’ and will finally arrive back at the health centre.
