Nordic Walking is an activity that consists of walking with the impulse of sticks. It is very easy to learn, although at the beginning it needs the personalised attention of a good instructor to learn and assimilate the technique. It shares the concepts of nature, wellbeing, physical activity and health, ensuring good physical and mental results.
The activity is free but with limited places, and is ideal for any age and level. If you don’t have sticks, we’ll lend you some!
We will start the route in front of the Peguera Health Centre at 5pm. The route will last approximately two hours. We will set off towards ‘calle La Mimosa’, and will reach ‘avenida de Peguera’ via ‘avenida Noguer’. We will then continue along the avenue and ‘calle Nica’ and will reach the Palmira beach promenade. At the end, ‘calle Passarells’ will take us to the other beach, Torà, and to the smaller one, La Romana. Via ‘calle Miguel Mihura’ we will arrive back at the ‘Boulevard de Peguera’ where we will walk until we reach the ‘calle Malgrat’ to finish again at the Health Centre.
