Nordic Walking is an activity that consists of walking with the impulse of some sticks. It is very easy to learn, at first you need the personalized attention of a good instructor to learn and assimilate the technique. The activity is free and with limited places, it is ideal for any age and level. If you don’t have walking sticks, we’ll leave them for you!
The route starts in front of the Bendinat UBS at 4:00 p.m. Through c/ de les Escoles we will arrive at the area of the Institute and the municipal swimming pool. We will take the walk that surrounds the treatment plant and we will enter the forest of the old military zone. We will make an itinerary through the paths of the forest. We will go out again at the height of the swimming pools, we will go behind the institute and we will go back towards the UBS through C/ Particular Deià.
