The Palau d’Esports de Calvià Melani Costa will once again bring together some of the best sports dancers on the planet on 10, 11 and 12 November 2023. The second edition of the Mallorca Dance Festival will take place. 3 days full of dance to transform Calvià into the dance capital of the world.
This edition expects the same participation as the previous successful edition, in which we could enjoy the best couples from each country such as USA, Canada, Japan and many European countries, chosen by the corresponding federations to compete in the European Absolute and many champions who participated in competitions of different age categories.
Some of the standard modalities present in the championships will be the English waltz, the European tango, the chachachá, the Viennese waltz, the slow fox, the quickstep or the pasodoble, among other disciplines, which will be divided into different age ranges and in which last year participated from 7 to 80 years old.
The championships to be held will be:
- The Latin Senior World Championships
- The Spanish B and A Championships
- 22 International Competitions
- Two trophies that count towards the National Ranking.
All persons who book a stay in the official hotels of the event will have the transfer hotel/pavilion/hotel included.
