The Calvià Town Hall, in collaboration with the Calvià 2004 Foundation and the Diario de Mallorca, organize the 1st Calvià SPORTS TOURISM DAY. The event will take place on March 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Calvià (Mallorca) at the Peguera Auditorium.
The conference will bring together different professionals to discuss issues related to the current and future development of the tourism and sport binomial, among others, the following:
- Sport as a way to change the tourism model in mature areas
- Major sporting events and their impact on tourism
- The profile of the amateur sports tourist and his needs (competition, training)
- The new forms of communication, marketing and generation of experiences applied to sports tourism.
