Through a theoretical-practical session we offer you the possibility of obtaining tools to achieve and maintain good digestive health. You will learn how to take care of your digestive system to maintain a balanced microbiota and above all how to have a good digestion with a correct intestinal transit. In addition, you will take part in a fermented foods workshop where you will learn how to make them, you will find out all their benefits and you will even be able to take away a sample for tasting.

And you can also complement it with a super interesting activity that will help you to improve your posture and your health. We offer you a bowspring yoga class. Awareness through movement and breathing, led by Esther Morales. We give you the opportunity to try this practice in a different space working body and mind in a unified way. It is an activity accessible to all levels. Both activities are free for participants.
Once the activity is over, if you feel like it, you can enjoy a meal at the Galatzó Refuge (by reservation) or eat outdoors at the Galatzó Houses (telephone number for reservations to eat at the refuge: 971 173 700).

IMPORTANT: Please remember that according to the indications of the environmental department of the Calvià Town Hall and in accordance with the refuge regulations in force, the refuge can only be accessed on foot. Those attending must leave their vehicle in the car park next to the houses of Ca l’amo in Biel de Galatzó, it is a 10′-15′ walk.
At the end of the practice you can enjoy a healthy snack.
